How to get user's picture from gravatar.com

If you are avare of the Gravatar (Globally Recognized Avatar) service you will know what to do with this tag. If user has a gravatar account you can access users global avatar and display it on your site next to user entries. In order to get user's avatar you need user's email address.

{GRAVATAR:email} or {GRAVATAR:login.email} will bring user's gravatar image in 80x80 dimensions. If user has no gravatar image it will bring the no_picture image by default.

Forum application is using this feature for anonymous posts.
