How to include search forms?

If you want to include search forms on your templates you can use {SEARCHFORM} tag. Create your search form using Application Manager, then put it on any page. Example: {SEARCHFORM:artist_search}

This tag is basically an alias to {FORM} tag. So, it can support many of the features available to {FORM} tag. You can read more about form tag on this page.
