What is Form Builder?

Form Builder is a drag and drop tool to create data entry forms easily.

On the Application Manager, double click on an entry form to open visual form editor. It consists of three parts. These are: Form area, toolboxes and properties box. You can drag and drop question types from toolboxes to add new questions to your forms. You may also change order of the questions by dragging inside the form area. If you click on a particular question, properties box will open at the bottom of the toolboxes. If your screen is small, scroll down or close any visible toolboxes by clicking on their title.
