Customer Service

Customer Service

Treating people with respect and appreciate their business

Keynote
Program
This program was bout customer service in a retail setting. It intends to make a point about the importance of having great customer service at all times. This is a picture of a reset in a grocery store I was a part of some years ago. The reason I chose this example was that when we do resets we often move items from spots that customers get used to finding these items in a certain areas. Now that we have moved them and they can't find them where they were used to finding them at. It brings about frustration. This brings me to my next point, you have to have empathy and patience when they get upset. I know humans are hardwired to go with what they are familiar with. It is natural to get upset when these items are not where thy remembered them being at. I have build relationships with some of our customers and really understand what they go through.
