Take a deep dive into Ayurveda, a 5,000-year-old system of health and healing that allows you to harness the infinite wisdom of nature to feel more balanced, energized, and recharged from top to bottom, inside and out.
At its most fundamental level, Ayurveda is akin to an ancient Myers Briggs personality assessment. We each have a Dosha, or Mind/Body Personality type, and this unique constitution governs our behaviors, our talents, our preferences, our responses to stress, the environments and roles in which we thrive, and so much more.
Attendees will learn their Dosha to better understand their unique strengths and talents, and discover how to harness that wisdom to contribute to the world personally and professionally. Then, we will explore simple, effective life-hack techniques that promote the reduction of stress, anxiety, inflammation and restlessness for each of the personality types.
