The Curious Leader Retreat: Rethinking How You Think, Work, and Lead

The Curious Leader Retreat: Rethinking How You Think, Work, and Lead

A deeper, facilitated experience to reset leadership approach and improve execution across the organization

Program
Executive Retreats (can be modified for teams) This retreat takes the full Curious Leadership framework and applies it across the leadership team and broader organization in a more immersive setting. Jon guides participants through the same three shifts—how they think, how they work, and how they connect—but with more time, deeper discussion, and direct application to the organization’s current challenges. The experience starts by challenging how leaders think: identifying assumptions, questioning long-held beliefs, and addressing the fear, habits, and comfort that often limit decision-making. From there, teams move into how they work—mapping out key processes, identifying breakdowns, and redesigning how work gets done to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The final phase focuses on how the organization connects. Leaders and teams examine how communication, management behavior, and culture impact execution, and what changes are needed to create an environment where people contribute ideas, raise problems, and take ownership. Because this is a retreat setting, the work goes deeper. Real organizational challenges are brought into the room, discussed openly, and worked through collaboratively. Participants leave with greater clarity, stronger alignment, and a shared understanding of what needs to change—and how to move forward together.
