How can I backup data in an application?

You can backup teh date in an application and import the back up file to the same application later. For that purpose, you can use import and export data menus. To access import and export data menus, click on Content Manager>application_name> right click on application_name. The screenshot shows import and export data menus for Profile application.

Export data takes the backup of all the entries in the application in a csv file format. (comma seperated values)
You can upload a back up file to an application by Import Data. In that case the fields in backup file should match with the fields of application.

If you import Data memberkit will ask you to match the fields in back up with the fields in the application.
