How to cancel your SpeakerMatch Membership

Cancellation Policy

To end your SpeakerMatch subscription:

  1. Go to your SpeakerMatch Member Center.
  2. Select Billing -> Cancel or Suspend My Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. You'll receive an immediate confirmation number both on-screen and via email.

Your cancellation request must be submitted in your Member Center and can not be completed by chat, email, or phone.

Contact our support team immediately if you do not receive a confirmation number so we can be sure your request has been processed correctly.

 

You may cancel your service and automatic billing at any time with just a couple of clicks. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined below. Please don't leave, though, without letting us know why you want to end your subscription. To cancel your SpeakerMatch service, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form located under the Billing menu in your Member Center. This process is automated and immediate. 

Submitting a cancellation request will automatically generate a cancellation confirmation number, email you a receipt of your cancellation, stop all future billing on your account, and close your account at the end of its billing cycle. Please keep a copy of this receipt of cancellation for your records. Note that cancellation does not stop the billing of any past-due amount owed for services previously provided.

NOTE: Any pending applications will show a status of "Withdrawn" to the meeting planner when you cancel your membership.

Monthly and 4-Week Subscription Billing *

You must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center to cancel your account. 

When you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. 

Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period. 

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Quarterly and 12-Week Subscription Billing *

You must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center to cancel your account. 

If you cancel within the first 2 months, your access and other benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund unless you specify, in writing, to billing@speakermatch.com that you wish to be refunded. All refunds will be prorated to the day of your written request. 

If you cancel in the final 30 days, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. Your access and privileges will continue to the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund. 

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Annual and 52-Week Subscription Billing *

You must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center to cancel your account. 

If you cancel within the first 11 months, your access and other benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund unless you specify, in writing, to billing@speakermatch.com that you wish to be refunded. All refunds will be prorated to the day of your written request. 

If you cancel in the final 30 days, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. Your access and privileges will continue to the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund.

Changes to Content or Access

We reserve the right to make changes to our services and digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content (or access to a service or digital product), you will not receive a refund for services already paid for under different terms.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or product for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. If any or all of our services or digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund or credit in the future.

Cancellation and Refunds of One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. 

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Note About Failed Payments:

You must cancel your account using the procedure stated above to stop your billing. A failed charge will not close your account. As per our terms of service, YOU AGREE THAT SPEAKERMATCH.COM MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

 

*First-time subscribers: Use the SpeakerMatch service for up to 8 weeks at absolutely no risk. If you are not completely satisfied with the value of service you receive, and would like to request a refund of your investment, just let us know by the end of this period, and we'll promptly refund your full investment of membership fees. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
