A: My experience was great. Using SpeakerMatch was easier than I expected . I was pleasantly surprised when I had over thirty applicants for an event I wanted to book, with the majority of them being highly qualified.
Q2: How was the quality of the applicants who applied to your listing? Overall, did you feel the applicants met the criteria you outlined in your listing?
A: Yes, the majority of the applicants were impressive. It was very difficult to narrow it down to just one!

Q3: Of the applications you received, what kinds of things in the teaser/headline of the application drove you to want to open the full letter of application? What kinds of things in the teaser/headline of the application made you skip over reading a full letter of application?
A: I read every application without regarding the headline too much. The headlines did not have much influence on me.
Q4: Of the applications you received, what kinds of things in the letter of application stood out in a positive way? In a negative way?
A: I really enjoyed when videos or links to their websites were included. This made speakers seem much more credible and gave me a better idea of how their delivery would be at my event. Additionally, I really liked when letters were personalized toward my event.I could tell some letters were general and used for every application the speaker submitted. And of course, the more concise the application and letter, the better.
Q5: Would you use SpeakerMatch again to help you find a speaker?
A: Without a doubt, I would use SpeakerMatch again to help me find a speaker! I was very impressed by both the efficiency of the website and the customer service.
