Unconventional Leadership

Unconventional Leadership

Who Do You Think You Are?

Keynote
Program
This presentation of at least 90 minutes looks at the attitude about one's own leadership and the leadership of others---outside of those traditionally seen as leaders----and at the participants' potential or unrealized leadership, especially at work. We will have large-group and partner/trio-size group sharing about traits of leadership taken from research from top sources such as Forbes, and how these traits describe people we encounter in our everyday lives, as well as ourselves. Although this is a discussion largely about the work environment, participants should be able, by the end of this presentation, come to understand their leadership is not limited to work; rather there are opportunities to use their leadership capabilities in their lives overall. Powerpoint technology will be used to visually guide the discussion.

Sight is not the same as vision.

Sight and vision are two different things. No matter how much sight someone has, anything is possible with vision.
