Try to find a sales associate with knowledge in the garden section for instance. Let’s be honest, do you complain about it? Who doesn’t? The problem is complainers talk about problems, but they never fix anything. The average drama time in the workplace is two hours and twenty-six minutes. Companies are now trying to get workers back in the office. Pessimists don’t change the world. Acceptance is the key to healing, and it begins in the mind. We are not going back to the world in 2019; better to face it now. Will things get better? That depends on your perception and definition of better. The key is to focus on what you can control and use to influence the future. It’s based on theories and natural science discovered by Albert Einstein. If you are a Bible believer, you can say God put this into place, and there are still many mysteries we have yet to discover. Giani presented at Mandalay - on the topic of Perception of Reality and how it affects our decision-making daily. Three spectators are selected and asked to think of a childhood memory. All three are told to concentrate on their memory. Words that trigger emotion cause chemical processes in our brain to be disturbed for short periods of time. Using the perception of reality as a backdrop, Giani names out loud three separate memories, and IF and only IF the spectator hears their memory, they are asked to be seated. All three sit down!
