EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP (can be converted to a team or department workshop as well)
This workshop is built as a direct extension of Jon Bassford’s keynote and takes leaders deeper into the three shifts required to drive innovation, growth, and change: how you think, how you work, and how you connect.
The session begins with a self-assessment and reflection on how leaders currently approach decision-making, risk, and change. From there, Jon guides participants through structured discussions and exercises that challenge assumptions, surface blind spots, and reframe how leaders approach their role.
Leaders then move into operational application—working through real-world scenarios to identify where execution breaks down, how to diagnose the root cause, and how to redesign processes that are slowing the organization down. This includes hands-on exercises that force leaders to move beyond theory and actually evaluate how work flows through their organization.
The final portion focuses on how leaders connect with their teams. Participants examine how their leadership style impacts communication, idea generation, and problem-solving, and what it takes to create an environment where people speak up, contribute, and take ownership.
This is not a passive session. It is interactive, direct, and built to challenge how leaders currently operate while giving them practical ways to improve immediately.
