Leadership doesn't have to be complicated.
Leadership In Simple Terms (LIST) takes a practical, common-sense look at what it means to lead people well. Drawing on timeless wisdom, real-world experience, stories, humor, and audience participation, Dan explores simple ideas about leadership that are easy to understand—and useful long after the presentation is over.
The program grew from lessons gathered over a lifetime: from ranchers, sawmill workers, managers, executives, educators, and other working people who often had a way of reducing complicated problems to a few memorable words.
Rather than another leadership formula, LIST uses those simple truths as starting points for conversations about communication, trust, accountability, decision-making, change, relationships, and getting things done through people.
Audiences leave with practical ideas they can immediately discuss, try, and put to work.
LIST can be delivered as a keynote, conference program, interactive workshop, or facilitated leadership session and tailored to the organization, audience, and desired outcome.
