An eager want comes from within a person, from their thoughts. It is an emotion or a desire to take action. It could be for themselves or anyone else.
As leaders, we must learn to change our behavior so others respond differently. This starts with our communication style. Our communication style is the total sum of our interactions with others; it's our behavior in their eyes. Their opinions of our leadership will directly impact our staff's intrinsic motivation. Therefore, developing our human relationship and communication skills can positively impact our staff's intrinsic motivation.
