5th Dimensional Customer Experience: Are You Serving ALL Your Customers?
What if most organizations are completely overlooking some of their most important customers?
For years, I assumed a customer was simply someone who paid us for a product or service.
Then I opened the dictionary.....
What I discovered completely changed the way I think about Customer Experience.
At its roots, a “Customer” is connected to the idea of someone we are accustomed to -- someone with whom we regularly interact. Suddenly, Customer Experience became much bigger than transactions, satisfaction scores and external buyers.
It became about relationships.
Based on my book 5th Dimensional Customer Experience, this engaging, interactive session challenges attendees to rethink who their customers really are and intentionally pursue 5-Star experiences across 5 dimensions of Customer Experience:
External Customers -- the people who purchase and benefit from what we provide.
Internal Customers -- our coworkers, leaders, employees and teams.
Our Inner Circle -- the people closest to us who experience the impact of our professional lives.
Ourselves -- the customer we often neglect while attempting to serve everyone else.
Our Dreams -- the 5th Dimension: intentionally investing in the future we're working to create.
Attendees will discover the important distinction between Customer Service -- what we provide -- and Customer Experience ---what they take away.
We'll explore how intentionally improving these 5 relationships can strengthen customer loyalty, employee engagement, trust, personal wellbeing, organizational culture and sustainable growth.
Most importantly, participants will be challenged to identify which of their five customer groups may be receiving their best—and which may unintentionally be receiving what's left over.
Because 5-Star Customer Experience isn't accidental. It's intentional.
Are you creating a 5-Star experience for ALL of your customers?
