Freedom is something we can easily take for granted.
There are levels to freedom, and among those levels is personal freedom, which I could argue matters the most.
In this talk, I use vignettes from my life as a bipolar disorder survivor along with powerful messaging to empower individuals to realize their own potential and find their freedom to be despite societal expectations.
This talk will:
- Explore the definition of personal freedom.
- Explore the traps that keep us from achieving personal freedom.
- Give powerful examples of overcoming to get to personal freedom.
- Give insights into how personal freedom can be achieved.
