Meghan's session, Work the Way You're Wired, is a hands-on, multi-sensory team experience built around five intensity profiles. Participants discover their own wiring through a strength-based lens, then move through interactive activities together, designed to build understanding, connection, and genuine appreciation for how differently people think. Participants explore their team through a neurodiversity-affirming lens to better understand why certain systems, expectations, or environments support success.
Stop working against the way you're wired. You've tried getting up earlier, paper calendars, digital systems, outsourcing, meds, supplements, and coaches to try to get organized, manage your time, and grow your business, but it hasn’t moved the needle the way you were hoping. Everywhere you turn, you’re told to show up more, do more, and be more consistent. But those models weren’t designed for neurodivergent brilliance. They were designed for control, conformity, and endless churn.
The 5 intensities: Emotional, Intellectual, Sensory, Imaginational, and Psychomotor. These are referred to as "overexcitabilities" in the initial research (Theory of Positive Disintegration). This theory and lens de-pathologizes differences and intensities. When others see mental illness or a deficit, this lens sees strengths and needs. Understanding your intensities helps you work in a way that aligns with your values, and supports your nervous system, creativity, and energy. When understood and supported, intensities become powerful strengths in life and business.
By learning how they are wired, participants walk away with the following to immediately apply to their work:
- Greater awareness and appreciation for how they and their colleagues are wired
- Practical strategies for burnout prevention, sustained engagement, and time management
- A boost to team culture, innovation, and leadership capacity
- Harness creativity, empathy, passion, and focus on unique strengths
