Positive Intelligence® for Teams is a mental fitness program that helps leaders and teams improve performance, strengthen relationships, and reduce stress by shifting from reactive (Saboteur) patterns to intentional (Sage) leadership. In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure environments, most performance challenges are not caused by a lack of skill or strategy, but by how individuals and teams respond under pressure. This program builds the foundational capacity for leaders to recognize their internal patterns in real time and intentionally shift toward more effective, productive responses. Through a structured, practical approach, participants develop the ability to pause, reset, and choose responses that drive better outcomes—improving focus, collaboration, and decision-making across the organization. In this experience, the methodology is applied within a broader leadership context, integrating behavioral insights and leadership principles to support communication, alignment, and successful change in complex organizational environments.
