This is based on a workshop methodology that Xerox used with its customers decades ago. And, it is one that I have used since being introduced to it with countless teams and organizations to solve transformational problems on topics such as:

This workshop includes:
Two 1-hour virtual guided planning sessions prior to the workshop. These sessions are designed to ensure we are prepared for success. As part of these sessions we will define what success looks like for the workshop.
Two days onsite with you and your team to create a plan on how to drive the business results to achieve success. We will also leave with an agreed upon plan and next steps to successfully execute that plan.
One 1-hour virtual post session within two weeks of the onsite session to ensure progress is being made as agreed upon by the team.
