Emotional intelligence or EI is our ability to recognize our emotions and that of others and use that information to guide our thinking. This presentation will identify the five elements of emotional intelligence.

These components make us extremely aware of the changes (large and small) that are constantly occurring in ourselves and others, and to use emotional intelligence to guide our thinking and behavior.
