For far too long college athletes were the last to benefit from their name, image and likeness (N.I.L.) until now. The recent NCAA ruling allows college athletes to profit off of their NIL has changed the game, and finally allows the athlete to benefit from the brand they have built down through the years. Although this is a major step in the right direction, education of the world of being an influencer or brand ambassador is new to most. There are some strict guidelines that must be adhered to if the student athlete is going to benefit from this opportunity and avoid putting themselves in any jeopardy. Here is where I come in. I have developed an extremely informative session that gives guidelines athletes should follow in order to effectively monetize their brand.
