I had a tremendous childhood. There was laughter in our home. Music playing all the time.
Every home in our neighborhood had kids that seemed like they were our ages. We played sports together.
We played monopoly. We even played spin-the-bottle!
I prepared to be an architect. After college, (and a lot of partying) I somehow landed in a NYC Advertising
Agency. I started making real money (20 grand, yes)!!! Traveled. Did photo and TV shoots everywhere.
I met celebrities and created award-winning campaigns. I met my wife and… I WAS ON TOP OF THE WORLD.
I thought I was Superman. Life was great! I mean WOW!!!
I couldn’t know what blows and challenges were about to hit me.
Journey with Tom through extraordinary life crisis that challenged his staying power. Hear how Tom tapped
into his “resilience equity” to not only overcome crisis but to reinvent and create better work/life balance.
Learn how to lean in to your resilience equity to face and win over a crisis.
Deep within everyone are lessons, moments, trials, and victories to draw on which enable us to
power forward. To get back in the game. Back on the horse as they say.
Every day that you stand up from your desk and breathe, take a walk or run, take a yoga class, take a time-out, play music, paint a picture, decide to recharge, you practice resiliency. Every time you meet a challenge
whether big or small, personal or business, you build resilience equity.
Those are your personal building blocks to lean on for resilience.
Your opportunity to renew, reinvent and be stronger.
